At Aakarshan Sarees, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to ensure that every purchase brings you complete joy and confidence in your shopping experience. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a transparent and hassle-free refund process.
We offer refunds only for products purchased directly through our official website www.aakarshansarees.in. Refunds will not be applicable for items bought from our offline stores or any third-party marketplaces/distributors.
A refund will be initiated under the following conditions:
The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The product is returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and has all original tags and packaging intact.
If the returned item fails to meet the above conditions, the refund request will not be processed and the product will be shipped back to you.
To initiate a refund, please create a Return Request under the “My Orders” section on our website or email us at info@aakarshansarees.com with your Order ID, product details, and a brief reason for return.
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup from your address.
After the returned product passes our quality inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
For Prepaid Orders (paid via Debit/Credit Card, UPI, or Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI once the customer shares valid bank details.
Please note that the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Certain categories of products are not eligible for refund:
Garments customized, altered, or stitched as per customer request.
Products purchased during clearance or sale events.
Gift cards or vouchers.
If you haven’t received your refund even after the mentioned period:
Recheck your bank account or UPI wallet.
Contact your bank/payment provider, as there might be a processing delay.
